Optional component of your enterprise scheduling system.  Tracks volume and trends of user-defined referral sources for proactive marketing and outreach. Reports are accessed via the menu.

Optional component. Schedule surgery appointments via block time or search engine. Auto release of blocks. Pick lists/preference cards are procedure and surgeon specific.  Charge by exception from the pick lists. Collect all post op data for the Surgical Log and all Surgery Management Reports.

Optional component. If any departments still charge with a disparate system or by paper, use the automatic charge tickets attached to every scheduled event. Sends charges directly to your billing system via established interfaces. Audits for completion of timely charge submission. Eliminates all lost or late charges.

Optional component. Tracks numbers of authorized visits, days, and dollars.  Reports validity, threshold condition, and expiration automatically during all scheduling activities.
