The Charge Entry component expedites the processing of entering charges and sending them directly to your hospital billing system via our established interfaces. You may use this component for some departments and not for others, the choice is yours. While some services may already charge from order entry or another electronic form, some departments may still be using disparate systems and/or paper systems.  IAMSystem provides charge tickets attached to every scheduled event. Simply click on "charges" form the providers daily schedule and only charges relevant to the patient type and provider type will appear.
